Gratin 0.5.0: linked recipes, a method editor built for phones, and Android fixes

Again, most of this release came from our beta testers' feedback. Thank you. New Link ingredients, cookware and timers in the method. Type @ for an ingredient, # for cookware and ~ for a timer, or choose Link ingredients from a recipe's menu to review suggested links on the recipe itself. Cook mode uses the links, with amounts that scale. A method editor that works on phones: the whole method is one piece of text you can select across, its controls sit on a bar above the keyboard, and "## ", "- " or "> " at the start of a line makes a heading, bullet or note. Rename a recipe book anywhere, including on a phone and the book you have open. Recipes keep earlier versions you can look back at, and can be exported as or imported from Cooklang files. Fixed Android back closes what you opened last: a menu, a sheet, cook mode, then the recipe. No more white flash as the keyboard opens in the dark themes on Android, and a dark launch screen. Coming back to the app on Android redraws it straight away, in your theme's colour. "Update check failed" and a stuck "Offline": update checks stay quiet, and Offline means the sync server really can't be reached. Cook mode no longer highlights the wrong words as ingredients. Cook mode's list view scrolls to the last step, above any running timers. Timers are named by what the step is doing, like "Bake" or "Simmer". German units EL, TL, Bund and Prise, and decimal commas that stay whole (recipes already affected are repaired once). A new or duplicated recipe appears in its book straight away, and the New recipe shortcut uses the open book. Import suggests the recipe book you're in. The book's name stays readable while selecting recipes on a phone. Preferences in Settings opens without a loading flash. See what's coming next on the roadmap. Still being checked: the Android resume change is a mitigation, and the blank screen has not been reproduced on our test phones. Audible timer alerts after dismissing the app, the decimal display preference, and the ingredient editor toolbar remain separate follow-ups.
