Gratin 0.5.1: decimal amounts, ingredient editing and magazine fixes

A small round of fixes from beta feedback. Your decimal amount preference now carries through ingredient lists and linked cooking steps, including when you change servings or keep units As written. Ingredient editing controls stay above the phone keyboard, so switching a line between an ingredient and a section, or deleting it, stays within reach. Magazines render imported method formatting more safely, and opening a Settings choice no longer causes a resize loop on Apple devices. Desktop updates and mobile update feeds are live. Android build 501 is in closed testing; Apple builds have been uploaded for testing and store processing. Please keep sharing feedback and discussing it at roadmap.gratin.app.
