Cook mode's list view can't scroll to the last steps

In the middle view of cook mode, the last steps of a long recipe can't be reached. In the next release the list of steps scrolls to the end. If timers are running, the steps sit above them rather than behind them, and if you're reading the last step when a timer starts, it stays in view. Fixed for the next release. Reported by a beta tester.
