Link ingredients, cookware and timers in the method

Mark which words in the method are ingredients, cookware and timers, and cook mode uses those links instead of guessing, with amounts that scale. Type @ for an ingredient, # for cookware and ~ for a timer, the way Cooklang does, or let Gratin suggest the links and review them. Coming in the next release. Suggested by a beta tester.
