The editing menu covers the text you're editing on phones

The Step, Heading, Bullet and Note menu floated over the line being edited. In the next release, on a touch screen, the method's controls sit on a bar on top of the keyboard, and typing "## ", "- " or "> " at the start of a line makes it a heading, bullet or note. Ingredient lines still show their floating menu; moving that onto the keyboard bar comes after. Reported by a beta tester.
