A new or duplicated recipe doesn't appear until you reopen the recipe book

After creating or duplicating a recipe inside a recipe book, it only showed up once you left the book and came back. It was saved in the right book either way. In the next release it appears in the book straight away. Fixed for the next release. Reported by a beta tester.
