The New recipe shortcut saves recipes outside any recipe book (desktop)

A recipe made with the keyboard shortcut or the command palette didn't go into the recipe book you had open, so it only showed under All Recipes. In the next release it goes into the open book, like every other way of making a recipe. Recipes that were already made this way move into My Recipes the first time the desktop app starts. Fixed for the next release.
