Android back skips open panels, menus and cook mode

Back should undo the last thing you opened: close the panel, menu or dialog on top, then leave cook mode, then go to the previous screen. It often changed the screen underneath instead. Fixed for the next release: back now closes, in order, an open menu or dialog, a sheet, cook mode or selecting recipes, then the recipe, menu or magazine you have open, then goes to the previous screen. At the first screen it puts Gratin in the background, as other apps do. On a computer, Escape in cook mode now leaves cook mode without closing the recipe too. Reported by a beta tester.
