Timer names pick the wrong words

A timer is named from its step, but often read "Place each" or "Spread the" instead of what the timer is for, like "Bake" or "Let cool", especially when the time came after an "and". In the next release a timer is named by what the step is doing while it runs: "Bake", "Simmer", "Let cool", "Köcheln lassen". An "and" or "then" starts a new part of the step, so the name comes from the part the time belongs to. In a linked recipe, a timer you named yourself keeps your name. Fixed for the next release.
