Open recipes for reading, with an Edit button

Implementation — 29 October 2026: implemented, pending release. Recipes open in a reading view with a clear Edit action, real photos, readable steps, and reachable cooking, grocery and scheduling actions. The tablet reader uses ingredients and method side by side.
