Add an existing recipe to a magazine

Implementation — 29 October 2026: implemented, pending release. Existing recipes can be added to a manual magazine from the recipe menus or bulk actions, through a mobile sheet. Recipes retain their identity, duplicate membership is prevented, and only writable magazines in the recipe's own book are offered.
