Import from MealMaster and MasterCook

Implementation — 29 October 2026: implemented, pending release. MealMaster and MasterCook export text can be imported through the existing review and recipe-book selection flow. Coverage includes multiple recipes, sections, fractions, preparation notes, two-column continuations and archive preambles. Proprietary binary cookbook files are explicitly unsupported.
