Import recipes from pages that don't label them

Implementation — 29 October 2026: implemented, pending release. The importer can recognize ordinary English and German recipe sections without structured recipe markup, excluding navigation and duplicate nested steps. Review remains required before saving. Extracting a recipe from arbitrary narrative, inaccessible pages or any website is not promised.
