Hands-free cook mode

Move between steps by voice or a gesture, so you don't have to touch the screen with messy hands. Decision — 29 October 2026: Not planned. Do not add continuous voice/gesture monitoring. Keep the wake-lock and large reachable cooking controls without persistent microphone/camera access.
