Drag and drop in the meal plan

Implementation — 29 October 2026: implemented, pending release. Meals can move between days by handle drag, touch long-press, keyboard, or a Move to day sheet. Moving preserves the recipe, meal slot, servings, notes and recipe book. Read-only plans cannot be moved.
