Bigger touch targets on phones, starting with Android

Implementation — 29 October 2026: implemented, pending release. Shared phone and tablet controls have a 48px touch floor, with focused checks across browsing, reading/editing, cooking, recipe books, imports, groceries, planning, magazines and settings. Mobile tasks use sheets or full screens. Android emulator and Chromium/WebKit component checks are recorded; native iPhone verification remains unverified because the remote Mac could not be reached.
