Bigger touch targets on phones, starting with Android

Some buttons, checkboxes and handles are smaller than a finger comfortably hits, and on Android the app can look small overall. A pass over every screen on Android, then iPhone, will bring touch targets up to each platform's guideline (48dp on Android, 44pt on iPhone) and check text size and spacing against accessibility rules, without making the screens more crowded.
