Make inline amounts consistent across spread-out steps

if you are going to truly implement the inline amounts, it should be foolproof, or it causes more frustration than astonishment. The total ingredients may call for 6 eggs, but they are spread out over several steps. Or some recipes say "use half the flour now and the rest later". Then the detection must account for not only numbers being used maybe instead of displaying a checkbox, show "75%" or "4/6" if you asked me, that's probably overkill for most use cases, but would still be impressive if done automatically or locally
