Help shape Gratin

Cook mode timers slowed down or stopped while Gratin was in the background, and a running timer couldn't be stopped. Fixed in 0.4.0. Reported by a beta tester.

"Sort by recipe order" deleted and re-created every ingredient line, with no undo. It is gone: cook mode and magazines can now show ingredients in the order they're used without changing the recipe. Fixed in 0.4.0. Reported by a beta tester.

Importing from a recipe site copied its average star rating into your own rating. Ratings now only come across from Paprika, where they are yours. Fixed in 0.4.0. Reported by a beta tester.
