Help shape Gratin

"1 EL Kräuter" was read as one herb with no unit, so cook mode showed "1 Kräuter". These now read as units in every recipe book. Fixed for the next release. Reported by a beta tester.

Mark which words in the method are ingredients, cookware and timers, and cook mode uses those links instead of guessing, with amounts that scale. Type @ for an ingredient, # for cookware and ~ for a timer, the way Cooklang does, or let Gratin suggest the links and review them. Co

In the middle view of cook mode, the last steps of a long recipe can't be reached. In the next release the list of steps scrolls to the end. If timers are running, the steps sit above them rather than behind them, and if you're reading the last step when a timer starts, it stays
