Help shape Gratin

0.4.0 removed the big Gratin logo that could appear after returning to the app, but a blank screen could still show, sometimes after only a few seconds away. In the next release: when you come back to Gratin it now asks for a fresh picture of the page instead of waiting for a tap

Fixed for the next release: the automatic update check no longer shows "Update check failed" (checking by hand in Settings still tells you what went wrong), and it doesn't try at all without a connection. "Offline" now means Gratin can't reach its sync server: when your phone say
